Ten Rivers is committed to sustainable business practices and minimising our environmental footprint. Our footprint is minimised by adopting contemporary work practices and embracing workplace energy, waste and water efficiency.
Ten Rivers respectfully acknowledges Indigenous Australians both past and present as the Traditional Owners and custodians of the land on which we work.
We seek to deliver meaningful cultural recognition, employment, education and training opportunities for Indigenous people. Our approach is guided by our parent company’s Transfield Services Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in implementing best-practice processes that deliver real and lasting change to Indigenous people and communities.
Ten Rivers works with Australian Conservation Volunteers on selected projects, as well as disability employment agencies in Victoria and South Australia.
Ten Rivers believes that the environment does not need to be sacrificed at the expense of the economy. We strive to develop innovative solutions that have a positive impact on the environment and deliver economic value to our clients.
